A family orientated Martial Arts school with good life skill lessons for kids and an opportunity for a fun safe sport alternative for them. We teach self defence awareness for kids and focus on last resort self defence for adults true to the origins and including locks, throws, bars, chokes etc. A complete martial art for all and very empowering for adults as well as a great friendly environment in a fully equipped professional dojo.
